Delete your Odelle data

Odelle, published by Welltide, lets you delete your account and all of your data at any time.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open Odelle.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Your data is removed from our servers and from the app on that phone.

Option 2: by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@odelle.app with the subject “Delete my data”. Include your Odelle ID if you have it (shown in Settings in the app), or the Google Play order number for any purchase, so we can find your account. We will confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your Dream Profile (name, answers, people and preferences)
• All of your stories, including their text and audio
• Your anonymous account ID and usage records linked to it

What may be kept

• Purchase records held by Google Play, which Google keeps under its own policies
• Limited records we must keep by law, if any

How long it takes

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and backups are cleared within the same period.

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. To stop being charged, cancel in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Odelle.
