Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Welltide, the publisher of Odelle. By using Odelle you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Odelle is
Odelle creates personal visualization stories from the answers you provide, using artificial intelligence to write and voice them. Odelle is for relaxation, motivation and self-reflection.
2. Not medical, therapeutic or financial advice
Odelle is not a substitute for professional care. Stories are imaginative and do not promise any outcome, including outcomes about relationships, money, health or careers. Do not rely on Odelle for medical, psychological, legal or financial decisions. If you are in crisis or struggling, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Please do not listen to stories while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Odelle.
4. Subscriptions and free trials
- Your first personal story is free. Continued access to daily stories and other premium features requires a subscription.
- Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play (or the App Store when available) and renew automatically at the price shown at purchase, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel any time in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Odelle. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
- We may change prices for future periods; the store will notify you as required.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the information you provide. You give us permission to use it only to create and deliver your stories and run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Stories created for you are for your personal, non-commercial use.
Only share information about other people that you have the right to share.
6. AI-generated content
Stories are generated automatically and may occasionally contain mistakes or details that do not fit you. You can edit your Dream Profile to improve them, and tell us at support@odelle.app if something is wrong.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Odelle, including by trying to break or overload the service, extract other people’s data, reverse engineer the app, create content that is unlawful or harmful, or use automated means to create accounts or stories.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Odelle running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Odelle, we will give reasonable notice where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Odelle is provided “as is”, and Welltide is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Odelle and delete your data at any time (see our data deletion page). We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
